Very friendly and professional staff


We purchased our car on 25 September and were told it would be ready around 6–7 October. Today is 13 October, and we still haven’t received it. Nobody has contacted us with any clear updates, yet we’ve already received two emails asking for a review. Unfortunately, at this stage, our feedback can only be negative.
To be fair, both the sales manager and the finance specialist we met on 29 September were very professional and helpful — they explained everything clearly and made a good impression. However, the long delay and lack of proper communication since then have left us very disappointed.
We’ve written to our sales manager twice and only received general replies saying the car would be ready “next week.” It’s frustrating not to have any clear information or realistic delivery date.
We hope this can be improved for future customers.
